Why does OTB in PMI not match what we have in our PMS

PMI imports OTB figures from your PMS system every morning. There could be several reasons why the figures do not match:

  • Future OTB figures have been adjusted in your PMS after it has been sent and imported to PMI. The recent changes will not be visible before the next import the following day
  • Some accounts are not mapped or mapped incorrectly
  • PMI has not received an updated OTB file this day. Check integration status on the homepage if the file is missing for today.
